Now we’re inviting guests to join us around our family table for a Métis Kitchen Party\, our new culinary experience. \nExperience the fun of a traditional Métis Kitchen Party at Moon Gate! With seasonal feasts\, live music\, dancing\, and our famous wood-fired pizza\, these events bring culture and community to life. The culinary theme will work with the rhythm of the season and on occasion we’ll invite performers 🎻 to entertain\, because what’s a kitchen party without music and dancing?! \nJoin us for themed menus throughout the year. \n\n🔥 MÉTIS KITCHEN PARTY 🔥 \nSaturday\, September 19 \nFall Harvest • Fire • Smoke • Music • Dancing\nThe days are getting shorter\, the evenings are getting cooler\, and the harvest is making its way from the land to our tables. \nJoin Michel and Jenny on Saturday\, September 19 for another Métis Kitchen Party — a celebration of fall\, good food\, good company\, and the simple joy of gathering around a table together. \nFor us\, a kitchen party is about more than a meal. It’s about bringing people together\, sharing what the land has given us\, telling stories\, making a little music\, having a laugh\, and staying a while. \nThis time\, we’re celebrating fall harvest\, fire and smoke\, with a menu inspired by the local bounty of the Whitemouth River Valley — ingredients grown and raised close to home\, prepared with care and cooked slowly over fire and smoke. 🍂 \n🌾 FROM THE LAND TO OUR TABLE\nFire & Smoke Chicken\nSucculent smoked chicken\, raised right here in the valley\, served alongside tender spare ribs\, slow-smoked and finished with our homemade BBQ sauce. \nMaple Baked Beans\nHomemade beans\, sweetened with Canadian maple syrup and slow-cooked over an open fire until rich\, smoky and full of flavour. \nLocal Corn on the Cob\nSweet local corn\, boiled and slathered with melted herb butter. \nClassic Baked Russet Potatoes\nFluffy baked potatoes served with sour cream and fresh chives. \nCardamom Carrot Cake\nA scrumptious homemade carrot cake\, warmly spiced with cardamom and topped with maple syrup icing. \n🍁 TO DRINK\n❤️ Flavours-from-the-land inspired mocktails\n☕ Trails End Coffee\n🌿 Wild Mint Tea \nAnd\, as always\, you’re welcome to bring your own alcoholic drinks.
