DESCRIPTION:Save the date! \n\n\nTales of the Red River is a Métis Arts & Culture Day designed to immerse you in the rich heritage of the Métis people\, with a focus on the fur trade era\, bison hunt\, traditional arts\, and storytelling. Set in an engaging outdoor environment\, this event will feature interactive\, educational experiences rooted in Métis culture\, bringing history to life through demonstrations\, workshops\, performances\, and meaningful dialogue centered around Truth and Reconciliation.\n\n\n\n\n\nFood will be available for purchase.\n\n\n\n\nCost: TBA\, Under 5 is Free\n\n\n\n\nWe’ll have washrooms on site including an accessible washroom. Please leave your dogs at home. We will have a tent and indoor space for activities. Dress for the weather and let’s have a toe tapping good time!\n\n\nMore details soon.
