Join us for an immersive experience into Métis heritage through this captivating cultural experience. Led by Michel, a Red River Metis citizen, you’ll embark on a snowshoe journey that brings the stories of Métis history and Michel’s childhood in Northern Manitoba to life.

Warm up by a crackling fire, enjoying freshly baked bannock that you cooked yourself, covered in butter and hand-crafted jam while sipping on wild-harvested tea. To round off the experience, book an overnight stay (not included).

This immersive experience blends rich storytelling, cultural traditions, and moments of relaxation, creating lasting memories in the heart of nature.

Add on: Booking an overnight is optional but highly recommended. After a brisk afternoon on snowshoes, you’ll want to soak up the heat in our solar powered sauna. Then indulge in the self catered breakfast that includes wood-fired sourdough, hand crafted jams, fresh local eggs, and locally roasted coffee.

Are there age requirements?

Yes, participants should be 10 years or older. This ensures they can engage in the experience with an appropriate level of independence.

Absolutely! We do require a minimum 4 people to run this experience.

We require 3 days notice of cancellation to receive a full refund. Anything less than that and we can only give a 50% refund as filling your space may not be possible.
