You are warmly invited to join in a plant walk led by Spirit Keeper (Jenny), exploring local plants and uses.

We believe that all living beings—humans (two-legged), trees (one-legged), animals (four-legged), insects (creepy crawlies), the plant kingdom, and all life on Earth—possess a spirit.

During your Plant Walk Experience, you will participate in:

  • Grounding Exercise: Begin with a grounding exercise to connect with plant spirits.
  • Guided Walk: Walk the land with a basket and journal, learning about:
    • Identify which plants are edible.
    • Discover the best times and methods for harvesting.
    • Learn how to prepare and enjoy your harvest.
    • Explore medicinal plants and their uses for teas, poultices, and tinctures.
  • Wild Harvest: Take home your wild harvest to enjoy and use.

Immerse yourself in this unique experience and deepen your connection with nature through the wisdom of the plant kingdom.

Do I need prior experience to join?

No experience is necessary! This walk is for anyone curious about native plants and their uses.
