Our ceremonies are rooted in Indigenous tradition and performed with respect and care. The Smudging Ceremony involves the burning of sacred medicines, such as sage or sweetgrass, to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit. The Sharing Circle is conducted in a supportive and inclusive environment where participants are invited to share thoughts, prayers, or stories, fostering connection and understanding. In many Indigenous traditions, ceremonies like Smudging and Sharing Circles, they do not charge. Instead, participants often offer a donation or gift as a gesture of gratitude and respect. This practice ensures the sacred nature of these ceremonies is preserved while supporting the facilitator’s time, knowledge, and resources. The donation or gift reflects the value of the experience while allowing participants to give in a way that feels meaningful and comfortable.
